Whakawhanaunga

Age Concern Wairarapa offers a range of different social outings for older people in the community. There are regular opportunities for older people to participate in activities that promote connection and well-being – whether you would like to attend one of our coffee mornings hosted throughout the region or join in on one of our trips to a special location.

Coffee Mornings

One of our most popular regular events is our coffee mornings. Participants have the opportunity to meet up with friends, meet new people and share some time together over coffee and morning tea. We arrange speakers to present information on various topics of interest. Coffee mornings are open to members and non-members and there is a small cost for each session. You do not need to book to attend a session, just turn up on the day.
